The Program
Our group and beginner lessons are built around a structured four-week tennis training program — a tried curriculum that has been taught all over the world. Each lesson is two hours long and we meet once a week for the month.
The group format creates energy and friendly competition that pushes everyone to improve faster. You're not just drilling — you're learning how to actually play the game with other people.
How Each Lesson Runs
Every session follows the same structured flow so students always know what to expect and can track their progress week to week.
- 01Short footwork warmup and stretch to get the body ready and reinforce court movement from day one.
- 02Technical instruction followed by a feeding drill — focused repetition on the specific skill for the week.
- 03Second round of the drill with more elements added, like increased movement or pressure.
- 04Short break, then into another drill that builds on the earlier work.
- 05Play or games to finish — putting everything together in real match-like situations.
For Beginner Students
Beginners follow the same session structure, with one modification at the end: instead of playing full points right away, we set achievable goals first. Students might hit to a target, reach a certain number of consecutive shots, or play points with the coach feeding the ball. This builds confidence before jumping into competitive play.
4-Week Curriculum
Each month follows a progression designed to build skills in the right order — from the foundation up.
